Pricing and Availability
At Dominie, we endeavour to have all items featured on our website in stock at all times, however this may not always be possible. In this case your item will be backordered and sent out to you in due course.
Prices on the website are subject to change. Dominie will endeavour to frequently revise our website so that prices are regularly updated.
Delivery charges for overseas orders will be calculated on receipt of order and customers will be notified of the costs involved. Please note that all items include GST and are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD) however, all overseas orders will be processed excluding GST.
Returns and On Approval Policies
Throughout the Dominie website there are links to PDF versions of both our 'On Approval' and 'Return' policies so that customers are aware of their rights and responsibilities. Please see these for more details.
Dominie will refund or exchange goods purchased from the website provided they are returned in mint condition within 14 days of purchase. These goods must be accompanied by a tax invoice or receipt from Dominie. All cassettes, software, videos, CD's, CD-ROM's, sale items and study guides are recognised as being firm sale items. Dominie will not accept these goods for return.
